Shipping Information

SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

  • Free shipping on orders $75+ USD within the continental US 
  • Free shipping on orders $125+ USD outside of the continental US
  • We ship to all US states and territories and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Most standard shipping orders placed by 4 p.m. PST will be processed the same business day, and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process (Specially during the Holiday Season). All orders are subject to credit approval.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
  • MMS Brands is not responsible for any shipment delays or delivery issues once item has left our warehouse and is in possession of the shipping courier. Should a package be marked as delivered per the tracking number and cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, MMS Brands does not claim responsibility. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace or refund an order after it has been confirmed as delivered (to the correct address). We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve this matter.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

  • $8.99 flat fee within the Continental US
  • $24.99 flat fee to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other outer US Territories
  • $24.99 flat fee for all shipments to Canada (Flat fee includes duties & brokerage fees)

SHIPPING STATUS

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Order Cancellation/Modification:
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at Sales@mmstradinginc.com immediately! We will do our best to make the changes. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
    Wrong Address Disclaimer:
    It is the buyer's obligation to double-check that the shipping address is correct. Please email us at Sales@mmstradinginc.com as soon as possible if the shipping address provided is incorrect! We do our best to expedite processing and shipment timeframes; but there may be a slight delay in correcting or changing your order's address, and we cannot guarantee the change. If the delivery is delivered to the wrong address, the courier may refuse to accept a change of address. Additional shipping fees may be charged if the parcel is returned and the customer requests that it be reshipped.
